Well, there are a couple of different ways to have yourself an anxiety attack, here's one I'm quite good at, in three easy steps:
Now when I feel the beginning of an attack, I try my best to keep my breathing steady. I remind myself I'm not dying, and I focus on breathing. I think that's the key. |
Hi, I know you probably will never see this, but I fell down the google hole and someway found your blog. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your way of seeing life, I felt really identified by your posts, anxiety is a weird place, and reading your posts has helped me a bit. I'll surely come back some day to read them again. I'm glad I've stumbled across this corner of this vast place that is the internet.
